Hypernova Review
Hypernova sells one-step assessments on simulated perpetual-futures accounts in crypto and TradFi markets, priced with Hyperliquid data and paid in USDC on Arbitrum; its operator, Hypernova Systems, gives a George Town, Grand Cayman address, and its rules date from 31 March 2026.
- Tight risk· 9% target, 3% max loss
- Low risk· 10% target, 6% max loss
- Medium risk· 10% target, 7% max loss
Some official terms conflict. Hypernova's own pages (homepage, both copies of Rulebook v1.1, Terms of Use and help docs) disagree on at least 11 points, including whether loss limits are checked on live equity or at end of day, and whether leverage is 5x or set per symbol up to 20x; further differences are noted inline. Our verdict on Hypernova
What Hypernova publishes. List prices run from $25 (Tight risk, $5K) to $1,950 (Low risk, $200K), one-time in USDC. Each tier has just two equity limits, with no consistency rule, minimum days or time limit, and funded accounts pay 80% on demand while flat, through a smart contract whose addresses the docs publish.S1S2S5S10
What is unresolved. Its pages disagree on rules that decide whether an account survives: whether limits are checked on live equity or at end of day, maximum leverage, where orders are filled and whether a breach can be reviewed. The two copies of Rulebook v1.1 differ, and the checkout links the docs copy.S1S2S3S4S22
What is unverified. The rules date from 31 March 2026 and the platform is an invite-only beta. Its claims of $1.68M paid to 286 traders, a $745.1K payout reserve and a 20.9% paid pass rate are its own; we did not check them on-chain, and the Rulebook lets Hypernova suspend payouts or close accounts with no payout, decisions final.S4S1S21S2
How we review & sourcing: built from Hypernova's 11 official documents as published on 16 Oct 2026, plus 12 supporting pages, including the app's public code. We did not buy an assessment, link a wallet or request a payout. Sources and method
Bottom line · Low entry fees, short rules and payout records the firm says are on-chain, but a months-old, invite-only beta with USDC-only payments, a $10,000 daily payout cap and pages that disagree on drawdown and leverage. If you buy, trade to the Rulebook's live-equity reading and treat the fee as money you can afford to lose.
Pros
- List prices from $25 (Tight risk, $5K), one-time
- No consistency rule, minimum days or time limit
- A static maximum floor that never trails
- Payouts on demand while flat, no minimum
- Contract and reserve addresses published for Arbitrum
Cons
- Official pages conflict on at least 11 points
- A momentary touch of a limit ends the account
- Each payout resets the balance; Tight keeps only 3% of room
- USDC on Arbitrum only; $10K a day payout cap in alpha
- Rules from March 2026; invite-only beta; stats unverified
Who Hypernova may suit
May suit
- Crypto traders at ease with USDC on Arbitrum and an in-app wallet
- Traders who want no consistency rule, minimum days or time limit
- Disciplined traders who can live with a static 3% (Tight) to 7% (Medium) floor
- Traders who want payouts the firm says can be traced on-chain
Use caution if you
- Need card, bank or other fiat payments or payouts
- Use copy trading, signals or community trade ideas
- Plan to run a bot through an API (none is published)
- Let floating losses run close to a limit
- Would switch strategy after passing
- Need a long track record or a regulated counterparty
Availability & country restrictions
The Terms bar anyone located in, ordinarily resident in or a national of a jurisdiction under comprehensive US (OFAC) sanctions, and Hypernova blocks access by IP; using a VPN from a restricted country ends the account and forfeits pending payouts. The FAQ adds that ID documents from Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria cannot be verified.S4S11S6
Restricted (Terms)
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea

- Syria
The Terms name these five “including but not limited to”, so absence from the list does not confirm acceptance.
Account sizes, fees and discounts
Hypernova charges a one-time fee in USDC from the built-in wallet. These are the 17 list prices its homepage selector offered on 16 Oct 2026; the cheapest is $25 for a $5K Tight risk account. The Rulebook gives the same Tight and Medium prices but different Low-risk prices at four sizes (C4), and the Terms let Hypernova change prices for future purchases.S1S2S4

Checked 16 Oct 2026, 02:27–03:07 UTC. Medium risk stops at $100K, although the Rulebook's drawdown table still lists a $200K Medium floor. Starting an Assessment, which the FAQ cites for current prices, lists Medium and High fees as TBD; High-risk fees are TBD in the Rulebook, and figures in the homepage code are not shown. The C4 badges mark the Low-risk prices the Rulebook gives differently.

Documented, not on sale: a High risk tier (10% target, 5% daily, 8% static), restricted to eligible users with fees “TBD”; the app shows it as “LOCKED · COMING SOON”.S2S3S7S22
Other names: How It Works calls the tiers Precision (Tight), Conservative (Low), Standard (Medium) and Aggressive (High).S14
How the limits move
At 00:00 UTC each day the daily floor resets to that moment's balance (closed P&L only) minus the tier's daily percentage: a $100K Low account with a $102,000 balance at midnight must keep equity above $98,940 the next day. The maximum floor never moves ($94,000 on that account). Both are checked on live equity, so a momentary touch breaches, and the breach price the terminal shows excludes closing fees. The homepage says drawdown is measured at end of day (C1).S2S3S9S1
Passing, then funded
The target counts closed P&L only; if equity reaches it with positions open, Hypernova closes them to pass you, and one trade can be enough. The funded account keeps the same starting balance, tier and limits, drops the target, and must be traded the way you passed: switching to a materially different strategy is prohibited.S2S3
Prohibited conduct
Termination and a ban follow hedging across accounts or firms, copy trading, signals, trade ideas from communities or research, strategies sold to pass prop evaluations, and exploiting latency or price errors. Strategies that cannot be replicated in live markets are banned too, including trades that risk auto-deleveraging or swing unrealised P&L very widely. Decisions are final.S2S3
Bots, hedging and trading hours
Bots you build and run on a single account are allowed, but the API reference says the platform is UI-only, and the Terms bar bots used “in any manner not expressly permitted”. Hedge mode lets long and short positions on one symbol coexist in one account. Every market, equities included, trades 24/7; news trading and weekend holding are unrestricted, and funding is charged hourly.S2S23S4S9S8S12
Accounts and location
One user account per person, with up to two assessments at once and $300,000 of combined starting capital. Trading several accounts from one household, device or IP needs prior approval, and access from a restricted jurisdiction, including by VPN, ends the account and forfeits pending payouts.S16S2S4

Payouts and profit sharing

Methods: USDC on Arbitrum only, released by the Vault contract to the embedded wallet created at sign-up, with gas sponsored by Hypernova and no payout fee. From there you can send USDC to any Arbitrum wallet or exchange; no bank, card or other payout route is documented.S5S10S12
What 80% means
Payout = (current balance − starting balance) × 80%. In the Rulebook's example, a $50,000 account at $56,000 pays $4,800 and Hypernova keeps $1,200; the balance returns to $50,000 and the $47,000 floor stays. Every payout therefore resets your room above the floor to the tier's full maximum loss, only 3% on Tight. The Payouts doc also offers 25%, 50%, 75% or custom amounts without saying how a partial payout changes the balance.S2S5
The $10,000 daily cap
During the closed alpha, payouts are capped at $10,000 of profits per user per day, across requests; the Payouts doc and FAQ state it, while the Terms and Rulebook do not. Neither says whether the cap counts gross profit or your 80% share, so a $15,000 gain ($12,000 to you) takes at least two days to withdraw either way. On a payout day, the amount withdrawn is added to that day's loss allowance rather than counted against it.S5S6S2S4
Settlement-time claims
The Rulebook gives an average under 0.02 seconds, the Payouts doc and FAQ about 5 seconds from request to wallet, and the homepage and Stats page 6.1 seconds on average (C7). All three are Hypernova's own figures; we did not take or time a payout, and getting USDC from Arbitrum to a bank is outside them.S2S5S6S1S21
Official information that needs clarification
Hypernova publishes two copies of Rulebook v1.1, on its website and in its docs, that differ in sections 01, 12, 14 and 16, and its homepage and help pages restate several rules differently. None of these 11 key points was resolved when we checked on 16 Oct 2026, and smaller differences are noted inline. The app's checkout links the docs copy as its “Program Rules”; ask support in writing which version applies to you.S2S3S1S22

The Rulebook says the cap shown beside the terminal's leverage selector applies. |

Marketing claims the documents qualify
- “Up to $300k total initial funding” is a combined cap across accounts: one account tops out at $200K (Tight, Low) or $100K (Medium), and at most two assessments can run at once.S1S2
- “No trading restrictions” and “No bot restrictions” sit beside a Rulebook that bans copy trading, community trade ideas, strategy switching and strategies that cannot be replicated in live markets; no public API is offered for bots.S1S2S23
- “No profit cap” and “No hidden payout rules” leave out the $10,000-a-day payout cap of the closed alpha, which only the Payouts doc and FAQ mention.S1S15S5S6
- “no payout requests or manual approvals” is qualified by the Payouts doc's sanctions hold and the Rulebook's power to suspend payouts; you still submit and sign each payout from a flat account.S1S5S2
- “We fund skilled traders with capital” describes simulated accounts: the Terms call the funded account a performance-tracking mechanism, and rewards come from a payout reserve the firm reports at $745.1K.S2S4S1S21
- “Audited by Pashov” appears in the footer of the app's assessment page, but no audit report is linked from the docs or the Smart Contract page.S22S10

Perpetual futures only. The Markets doc lists 140 (79 crypto, 46 equities and ETFs, 8 commodities, 4 indices and 3 FX pairs), each capped at $25,000 to $1,000,000 of notional per position, while the website's Markets page shows 106 (C10). All trade 24/7, equities included, at prices taken from Hyperliquid. Simulated accounts and company
The homepage FAQ and the Terminal doc say every trade runs in a simulated account, filled by Hypernova's own engine at prices from Hyperliquid's order book, and the Privacy Policy says orders are not routed to Hyperliquid; the docs copy of the Rulebook says execution is sourced from Hyperliquid (C3). The Terms call the funded account a performance-tracking mechanism whose capital Hypernova owns, so your real-money exposure is the USDC fee. Rewards come from a Hypernova-controlled reserve wallet that tops up the payout Vault. The documents do not say how the reserve is funded, and on the firm's own stats the 30 days of payouts to 15 October ($752.0K) exceeded the reserve balance shown that day ($745.1K). The homepage FAQ adds that Hypernova may trade its central book on traders' signals.S1S9S11S3S4S10S21

Support
Support runs through tickets in Hypernova's Discord server; the homepage, the docs and the Rulebook link three different invite addresses, and the docs warn that staff never help by direct message. Legal notices, breach reviews and account closure go to legal@hypernova.xyz. For a failed identity check the FAQ points to a Contact support button in the app's payout settings. No support email or response time is published; the FAQ calls the team “active and responsive”, and we did not test it.S19S1S6S2S4
Hypernova FAQ
What is Hypernova?
A crypto-native prop firm run by Hypernova Systems, which gives a registered address in George Town, Grand Cayman. It sells one-step assessments on perpetual futures in crypto and TradFi markets, priced from Hyperliquid data and paid in USDC on Arbitrum.S4S2S1
Are Hypernova accounts simulated?
Yes, according to its homepage FAQ and Terminal doc: every trade runs in a simulated account filled by Hypernova's own engine, although the docs copy of the Rulebook says execution is sourced from Hyperliquid. Your real-money outlay is the USDC fee, and rewards are paid from Hypernova's reserve.S1S9S3S10
Which tiers can I buy?
Three one-step risk tiers, Tight, Low and Medium, from $5K to $200K ($100K on Medium). A High tier is described but restricted to eligible users and not on sale.S1S2S7
How do Tight, Low and Medium differ?
Only in the target and loss limits: Tight 9% with 3% daily and 3% maximum loss, Low 10% with 3% daily and 6% maximum loss, Medium 10% with 4% daily and 7% maximum loss. Payout terms are the same on all three.S2S3
How much does Hypernova cost?
One-time USDC list prices run from $25 (Tight risk, $5K) to $1,950 (Low risk, $200K). Four Low-risk prices differ by $1 to $5 between the homepage and the Rulebook. A Hyperliquid-wallet discount of 10% to 80% is described but was not tested.S1S2S13
How do drawdown and consistency work?
The daily limit is set from the 00:00 UTC balance and the maximum floor is fixed at the start. The Rulebook enforces both on live equity, so a momentary touch ends the account, while the homepage says end of day. There is no consistency rule.S2S1
When can I request a payout?
Any time a funded account is flat and in profit, with no minimum. You keep 80%, the balance resets to the start, and during the closed alpha payouts are capped at $10,000 of profit a day. Identity verification comes before funding.S2S5S6
Is the assessment fee refundable?
No. The Terms and the Rulebook make fees non-refundable once the assessment is activated, whatever the outcome, and there are no resets. Closing your account refunds nothing.S4S2S6
Which trading platform does Hypernova use?
Its own web terminal at app.hypernova.xyz, with TradingView charts. No other platform and no public API are documented, although the homepage lists an API as coming soon.S9S23S1
Which countries are restricted?
Anyone in, resident in or a national of a country under comprehensive US (OFAC) sanctions, which the Terms say include Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria and Russia; VPN access from them ends the account. Absence from that list does not confirm acceptance.S4S6
Who runs Hypernova, and what is unverified?
Hypernova Systems, which publishes an address but no registration number or regulator. Its payout totals, reserve, pass rates, backers and “Audited by Pashov” claim were not independently verified, and we did not buy an account or request a payout.S4S21S1S22
Considering Hypernova?
List prices from $25. Trade to the Rulebook's live-equity reading and confirm the conflicting terms in writing before you buy.

How this review was researched
We read each document in full, compared the two Rulebook copies word by word, logged every claim with its tier, stage and source, rebuilt the price grid from the homepage's pricing script and re-fetched every page on 16 Oct 2026 (02:27–03:07 UTC). “Published” means Hypernova says it, not that it is proven; we did not check its on-chain figures on Arbiscan.
