Some official terms conflict. Vest's own pages (Prop Terms, docs, FAQ and homepage) disagree on at least 8 material points, including whether funded accounts use real capital (the binding Terms say every account is simulated) and whether refunds run 3 or 28 days; further differences are noted inline. Pricing transparency

Clear list prices

All 43 one-time prices are public and match the docs matrix. No activation, reset or data fee is published; discount codes were not tested.S9S4

Rule clarity

Short but conflicting

Few rules, each with worked examples, but the docs and FAQ disagree on the daily-limit basis and funded leverage, and the Terms let Vest model your fills.S5S8S13S1

Payout conditions

Conditional

Claims any time with no minimum days, but payouts are compensation from Vest's funds, can be held during reviews and leave only as USDC.S6S1S7

Operating history

Limited evidence

No launch date or registration number is published, and the docs' records begin in Feb 2026. The backers and trader count are the firm's own claims.S23S9S15S20

The funded journey

How funding works at Vest Markets

Instant accounts skip the evaluation, not the payout conditions.

  1. Step 1

    Choose a model

    3 models
Check both Prop Terms country lists first.
  2. Step 2

    Buy and get access

    From $10
One-time Stripe payment; you accept the Prop Terms at checkout.
  3. Step 3

    Pass the evaluation

    10%, 20% or 10% + 5%
1-Step or 2-Step; Instant skips this.
  4. Step 4

    Qualify and verify

    No minimum days
Close positions and pass ID checks before payment.
  5. Step 5

    Claim profit

    80–95%
USDC to your Vest account in 24 hours (Vest's figure), then to a wallet.

Our verdict on Vest Markets

What Vest publishes. Every fee is public and one-time: $10 (Instant, $500) up to $1,000 (Instant, $25K), with the 2-Step at $15–$90 and the 1-Step at $25–$450 depending on its options. The rules are short: a static maximum-loss floor, a daily limit on most evaluation plans, no consistency rule, no minimum days and claims at any time once Live.S9S4S5S6S8

What is unresolved. Vest's pages disagree on whether Live accounts use real capital, whether refunds run 3 or 28 days, how the daily limit treats open profit and how much leverage a funded account gets. The binding Prop Terms changed on 14 Oct 2026, while the docs still carry the 6 Oct version.S1S2S3S5S8S13

What is unverified. Vest names a Panama operator and a Panama City postal address but publishes no registration number or launch date. Its listed backers, its “3,500+ traders” and its 24-hour processing are its own claims, and the Terms let it model your fills and pay compensation only from its own funds.S1S11S9S20S15S6

How we review & sourcing: built from Vest's binding Prop Terms (both published versions), its docs, FAQ, product pages and policies as published on 16 Oct 2026, plus 13 supporting pages. We did not buy an account, trade, or request a payout or refund. Sources and method

Bottom line · Very cheap entry and short, static rules, but a simulated program whose payouts come from Vest's own funds and whose pages contradict each other on capital, refunds and limits. If you buy, read the Prop Terms you accept at checkout and treat the fee as money you can afford to lose.

Pros

  • Entry from $10; evaluations from $15, all one-time
  • Static loss floors, no consistency rule, no minimum days
  • Claims at any time once Live, with no frequency or amount cap
  • News, scalping and HFT allowed; weekend holds too
  • Full price matrix and incident reports published

Cons

  • Prop Terms call every account simulated, Instant included
  • Thin room: 6% on evaluations, the fee (2–4%) on Instant
  • Official pages conflict on at least 8 points
  • USDC only, routed through Vest's own exchange account
  • Vest may model your trades' price impact on your fills

Who Vest Markets may suit

May suit

  • Traders who want a low-cost test: $10 for a $500 Instant, $15 for a $5K 2-Step
  • Short-term traders of index, stock and crypto perpetuals
  • News and high-frequency traders, since neither is restricted
  • Traders already set up to receive USDC on Base or Arbitrum One

Use caution if you

  • Want real capital or a regulated counterparty
  • Trade with wide stops: the most room is 6%
  • Need fiat payouts, or live in the US or UK
  • Rely on an API, bots or a trade copier

Availability & country restrictions

The Prop Terms bar citizens and residents of their prohibited jurisdictions, the Government of Venezuela and anyone on US, EU, UK or UN sanctions lists; the 14 Oct version adds the Philippines. The exchange's own Terms of Service separately bar the US and the UK, and profit claims land in an exchange account, so ask support how you would be paid.S2S1S18S6

On both lists

  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Russia
  • Syria

Prop Terms, 14 Oct (checkout) only

  • Philippines

Absence from both lists does not confirm acceptance, and using a VPN to get round a restriction is a prohibited use.

Account sizes, fees and discounts

Vest charges a one-time USD fee through Stripe, with no subscription. All 43 list prices in the homepage product list match the docs matrix; the cheapest is $10 for a $500 Instant, and evaluations start at $15 ($5K 2-Step). Each 1-Step cell spans its 12 option sets.S9S4S8

Key trading rules by model

Limits follow the account type, not the stage: whatever applies in the evaluation carries unchanged into the Live account. There is no time limit, and both loss floors are checked against equity, including open profit and loss, at every moment.S5S3S8

At the floor: the docs say equity exactly equal to a floor is not a breach; the FAQ says an account that touches it closes.S5S8

Account limits: one registration profile; up to 10 Live funded accounts across both paths and 100 in evaluation (docs). The Terms set 10 Instant and 100 evaluation accounts as separate limits, and the FAQ says evaluations are uncapped.S3S1S8

Static floors, checked every moment

The maximum-loss floor is set once from starting capital and never moves: $4,700, $9,400 and $23,500 on the $5K, $10K and $25K evaluations, and $490, $4,800, $9,600 and $24,000 on the four Instant sizes. It is checked against equity, open positions included, at every moment, and the order form shows an estimated “Fail Price” before you trade.S5S3

The daily limit

Where an account has one (the 2-Step, and the 1-Step unless you choose none), it resets at 20:00 ET. The docs compute the floor from the reset balance without open profit, so $25,000 at 4% gives $24,000, and an outgoing transfer lowers it by the full amount. The FAQ and the account screen use equity, open profit included (C3).S5S8S17

Instant: the fee is the floor

On Instant accounts the fee equals the maximum loss: $200 buys a $5K account whose floor is $4,800, and a $500 account bought for $10 has $10 of room. There is no daily limit and no target, but the same conduct rules apply.S4S5S14

Style, weekends and tools

No consistency rule, no minimum days and no per-trade size cap; news trading, scalping and HFT are allowed, but coordinating across accounts, such as opposite sides of one market, is not. Non-crypto markets lock at weekends (index and commodity perpetuals from Friday 5:00 PM ET, stocks from 8:00 PM ET); positions stay open but frozen. The 14 Oct Terms put bots, scripts and trade copiers at your own risk.S8S12S1

What the simulation can change

Under the Prop Terms, Vest may model slippage, spreads, latency, funding, commissions and the price impact of your own trades, which can move later fills, drawdowns and payouts. It says it will not selectively worsen a trader's fills for being profitable, and it may correct trades after pricing errors; its docs report three such incidents between April and June 2026.S1S24

Payouts and profit sharing

Profit moves in two steps: a Claim Profit request credits your split, in USDC, to your Vest Primary Account, and a separate withdrawal sends it to your wallet. Only Live accounts can claim; nothing earned in an evaluation is paid.S6S7S1S9

Methods: USDC only: a claim credits USDC to your Vest Primary Account, and a withdrawal sends it to a wallet address you enter (Base or Arbitrum One for email and Google accounts; any chain shown for wallet accounts), from 1 USDC and irreversible. Claims carry “no further fees or deductions” and no withdrawal fee is published. The Prop Terms allow payment to “a bank account, wallet, or payment account” you control, but no document describes a bank payout.S6S7S8S1

What you can claim

Only profit above the starting balance, from collateral not tied up in open positions or orders, can be claimed, and you receive your split of it. On a $10K 2-Step at $11,000 with nothing open, a $1,000 claim pays $800; the same claim on a $10K Instant pays $950. The maximum-loss floor stays where it was, and a claim cannot be reversed.S17S6S5

The 24-hour figure

The docs, the FAQ and the homepage FAQ give 24 hours for a claim to reach the Primary Account, while the homepage hero says withdrawals hit your wallet “immediately” (C5). Withdrawals then process instantly until your rolling 24-hour total passes $50,000, after which they wait 24 hours. The Terms let Vest hold a payment during an eligibility, error or conduct review. We did not test any of this.S6S8S9S7S1

Where payouts come from

The Prop Terms describe payouts as compensation for simulated trade ideas, paid from Vest's general corporate funds, which include program fees; Vest says it does not represent that payouts come from profitable live trading. Termination does not by itself forfeit compensation already earned.S1

Official information that needs clarification

Vest revised its Prop Terms on 14 Oct 2026 (refund window, the Philippines, third-party tools) without updating the docs copy, and its docs, FAQ and sales pages describe the product differently from the Terms. None of these 8 key points is resolved, and smaller differences are noted inline; ask support in writing which version applies to you.S1S2S3S8S9

Marketing claims the documents qualify

  • “keep 80% of every dollar you earn” applies only to claims from a Live account: the split is 80% or 90% on the 1-Step, 80% on the 2-Step and 95% on Instant, and nothing earned in an evaluation is paid.S9S6S1
  • “from $2,500 up to $25,000 in funded capital” has no product at the low end: no $2,500 account is sold, and the sizes are $500 (Instant only), $5K, $10K and $25K.S9S4
  • “No Evaluation. One Rule.” leaves out the Instant account's other limits: no API trading, no XRP or HYPE, and the Prop Terms' conduct, VPN and verification rules.S14S3S1
  • “24/7 Zero-Fee Trading” is qualified by the docs: takers pay 0.01% (0.0025% on index perpetuals), deducted from funded balances, and non-crypto markets have paused at weekends since 31 Jul 2026.S9S12S8S23
  • “Clear rules, no hidden clauses” sits beside rule summaries that omit the Prop Terms clauses letting Vest model the price impact of your trades on later fills and withhold compensation during a review.S9S1

Perpetual futures margined in USDC on hundreds of NYSE- and Nasdaq-listed stocks and ETFs, the ES, NQ, RTY and YM index perpetuals, crypto, commodities and major and minor currency pairs. Vest Markets FAQ

What is Vest Markets?

A perpetual-futures exchange that also sells funded accounts through its Vest Capital program: 1-Step, 2-Step and Instant, from $500 to $25K. The contracting party is Vest Exchange Inc., a Panama company; the site's copyright line names Vest Labs Inc.S1S9S3

Are Vest Markets accounts simulated?

Yes. The Prop Terms you accept at checkout say every account, Instant included, is simulated, and payouts are compensation from Vest's corporate funds. The docs and FAQ call Live accounts real capital; the Terms say you cannot rely on such statements.S1S3S8

Which account models can I buy?

1-Step ($5K–$25K; 10% or 20% target, a 3%, 4% or no daily limit, 80% or 90% split, so 36 plans), 2-Step ($5K–$25K; 10% then 5%) and Instant ($500–$25K; no evaluation).S4S16

How do the evaluation accounts and Instant differ?

Evaluations carry a static 6% maximum loss and, on most plans, a daily limit, and once Live pay 80% or 90% on the 1-Step (chosen at purchase) or 80% on the 2-Step. Instant has no evaluation and no daily limit, pays 95%, and its maximum loss equals the fee: 2% on $500, 4% on larger sizes.S3S5S6

How much does Vest Markets cost?

One-time fees from $10 (Instant, $500) to $1,000 (Instant, $25K). The 2-Step costs $15–$90 and the 1-Step $25–$450, depending on its options. No subscription, activation or reset fee is published.S9S4S8

How do the drawdown and daily limit work?

The maximum-loss floor is static: 6% of starting capital on evaluations, the fee on Instant. The daily floor, where there is one, resets at 20:00 ET, but the docs and the FAQ disagree on whether open profit counts. Equity is checked against both at every moment, and any breach closes the account for good.S5S8

When and how do I get paid?

Once Live, claim any time, with no minimum days, cap or consistency rule. Vest says your share is credited in USDC to your Primary Account, its exchange account, in 24 hours; you then withdraw it to a wallet. ID checks and reviews can hold a payment.S6S7S1

Is the fee refundable?

Only before you trade: within 3 days under the newest Prop Terms and the FAQ, or 28 days under the Refund Policy page. Failing an evaluation is never refunded; approved refunds go back through Stripe in 5 to 10 business days.S1S8S10

Which platform and markets does it use?

Only Vest's own web platform, trading perpetual futures on US stocks and ETFs, index perpetuals, crypto, commodities and FX. Funded leverage is up to 50x per the FAQ, but the docs table lists 75x on ES. XRP, HYPE and API trading are excluded.S3S12S13S8

Which countries are restricted?

The Prop Terms bar Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Russia and Syria, add the Philippines in the 14 Oct version, and bar sanctioned persons. The exchange's own terms also bar the US and UK. Absence from a list does not confirm acceptance.S1S2S18

Who runs Vest Markets, and what is unverified?

Vest Exchange Inc. of Panama, which gives a Panama City postal address in its Privacy Policy but publishes no registration number or launch date. Its backers, its trader count, its real-capital claims and its 24-hour processing are its own. We did not buy an account, trade or request a payout.S1S11S9S15S20

How this review was researched

We read each document in full, compared the two published versions of the Prop Terms clause by clause, logged every claim with its model, stage and source, checked all 43 list prices against the docs matrix, and re-fetched every page on 16 Oct 2026 (02:18–02:58 UTC). App pages were read from the text shipped in Vest's web app. “Published” means Vest says it, not that it is proven. Our methodology
